Assist Examiner

Find out what your content can't answer

The Examiner reviews your content through your visitors' real questions: what's covered, what's missing, what contradicts itself. Then it hands you specific fixes. Free on every Assist site.

The Examiner lives in your Assist console. The report shown here is an example.

What it reviews

The most honest audit your content will get

Your visitors' questions show exactly where your content falls short. The Examiner reads the questions and the content side by side and reports where they don't meet.
  • Coverage score

How much of what visitors ask can your content answer? One 0–100 score, tracked review over review.
  • Unanswered questions

What Assist couldn't answer, clustered by topic and ranked by how often it's asked. A content roadmap written by your visitors.
  • Dead weight

Pages never cited in any answer. Either nobody asks about them, or they're written in a way retrieval can't use.
  • Stale and conflicting content

Pages that contradict each other or your pinned facts: the raw material of wrong answers, caught before a visitor sees one.
  • Suggested overrides

Where one pinned fact would steady a cluster of shaky answers, the Examiner drafts it. Accept it in one click.
  • Prioritised findings

A plain-English report with fixes in order of impact: edit this page, add that fact, retire those three.

What a good content strategist would tell you

No dashboards to decode. The Examiner writes what someone would say after reading a month of your visitors' questions, then hands you the fixes: change the content at source, or accept a drafted pinned fact.
  • Findings ranked by how many visitors each one affects
  • Suggested pinned facts, pre-drafted and one click to accept
  • Coverage score tracked review over review, so you see progress

  3. 03

    Apply the fixes

Fix content at source, or accept a suggested pinned fact in one click. Your last ten reviews are kept for comparison.

FAQ

About the Examiner

Does the Examiner cost anything?
No. It's free on every Assist site, including sites on the free tier.
What does a review look at?
Your ingested content and the last 30 days of questions visitors asked, including the ones Assist couldn't answer.
Does it change my content?
No. It recommends. You edit the page yourself, or accept a suggested pinned fact, which then takes precedence in every answer.
Can I compare reviews over time?
Yes. Your last ten reviews are saved, and the coverage score is tracked from one to the next.
