Edge Storage
Object storage that doesn't bill you for being popular
S3-compatible buckets on all-NVMe hardware. Use the SDKs and tools you already have, serve as much as you like, and never see an egress or request fee.
Free tier: 2 buckets and 5 GB, hard-capped. No card required.
- Egress, at any scale
- $0
- Per GB-month after 5 GB
- $0.015
- Per-request fees
- $0

How it works
Change the endpoint. Keep the code.
Edge Storage speaks S3. Point your existing client at a new endpoint with new keys, and everything else stays the same.
- 01
Generate a key
Scope it to specific buckets and read-only or read-write. - 02
Point your SDK
Set the endpoint to storage.edge.network with path-style addressing. - 03
Upload and serve
Objects are on NVMe and ready instantly — no tiers, no thawing.

Everything included
One storage class. Every feature.
No hot, cold and glacier tiers to juggle. Every object is on NVMe and every bucket gets the full feature set.
- All features
S3-compatible API
Bucket and object operations, ListObjectsV2, CopyObject and multipart uploads. All-NVMe
No spinning disks, no archive tier, no retrieval delay. Everything is hot.- Pricing
Zero egress
Serve, restore or migrate away. Data transfer out is always $0. Presigned URLs
Time-limited upload and download links, from 15 minutes up to 7 days.Scoped access keys
Read-only or read-write, limited to the buckets each app needs.Lifecycle rules
Expire objects by prefix — tmp/ after a day, logs/ after 30.Bucket metrics
Storage, requests, bandwidth, file types and top objects per bucket.- Edge CDN
CDN origin
Put a bucket behind Edge CDN and cache it at 988 locations.
Presigned URLs
Let browsers upload straight to the bucket
Your API signs a short-lived URL; the browser PUTs the file directly to Edge Storage. No proxying gigabytes through your servers, no credentials in client code.
- Standard AWS Signature V4 — any S3 SDK can sign
- Or ask the Edge API to sign for you
- Uploads and downloads, 15 minutes to 7 days
Storage + CDN
Private bucket in, global delivery out
Choose a bucket as the origin for an Edge CDN deployment. The CDN authenticates internally, so the bucket stays private while objects are cached close to every visitor.
- No public bucket or origin URL to configure
- Internal networking for faster origin fetches
- Storage and CDN on one invoice — both with $0 egress
Where storage bills hide
Popular data shouldn't cost more
On most clouds, egress is the line that grows with your success. Store 1 TB and serve 10 TB a month and it dwarfs the storage itself. On Edge that line is always zero.
- AWS S3 · 1 TB stored, 10 TB served

- $891 of it is egress

FAQ
Before you move a byte
Moving terabytes? Our storage team can run it.
Is egress really free?
Yes. Downloads, public serving, backup restores and moving your data elsewhere are all $0 at any scale. You pay only for GB stored beyond the free tier.
Is it actually S3-compatible?
It speaks the S3 API. The AWS SDKs, AWS CLI, rclone and s3cmd work by changing the endpoint to storage.edge.network, enabling path-style addressing and using Edge keys. Presigned URLs and multipart uploads are supported.
What happens at the 5 GB free limit?
Without a card, writes pause and your objects stay readable — you're never billed by surprise. Add a card and pay-as-you-go takes over at $0.015/GB-month, with an optional monthly cap.
How big can objects be?
Up to 5 GB in a single PUT and up to 5 TB with multipart uploads (parts of 5 MB to 5 GB, up to 10,000 parts). Buckets hold unlimited objects.
Can I make a bucket public?
Yes, with one toggle — GET and HEAD then work without authentication, with CORS headers. For production traffic, put Edge CDN in front for caching and DDoS protection.
Store it once. Serve it free, forever.
Create a bucket, point your SDK at Edge and move your first object in under five minutes.
Free to sign up. Nothing on Edge silently starts billing.
