Can each client have its own billing?
Yes. Every account has its own billing, team and settings. Put the client's card on their account, or keep billing on yours and invoice them as part of the retainer.
Do my team and I need a login per client?
No. A user can belong to any number of accounts and switch between them from the account menu. Each person's role is set per account, so a freelancer can be a Developer on one client and have no access to the rest.
What happens when a project ends?
The account owner can transfer ownership to the client. Their resources, DNS and billing move with the account, so nothing has to be migrated.
What does a client's traffic spike cost?
Egress is free, so extra traffic costs requests rather than bandwidth. CDN requests beyond the free 500k a month are $0.25 per million, which is 10 million extra requests for $2.50.
How much is partner pricing?
It depends on how many client accounts you run and what's on them. Tell us about your client list and we'll send a proposal. We don't publish a fixed discount.
